There's sort of a widespread embracing of generative AI across industries. What I believe though, is that the GPT-4 kind of approach won't be widely used. Instead, I see different companies/sectors optimizing customized and highly specific smaller models for their use cases rather than using a super large, costly, and generalist model for everything (more Stability style than OpenAI style)
